Blair Naughty remianed as a board memberr and is required to file alltrades as an insider. He is also a huge believer and worked very hard on this project for 4 years and only removed himslef to make room for a bigger and better CEO. No ego involved. When I talked with him about it, he told me that he had been recruiting Henri for a year and was the person who brought him in. It wasn't hostile in any way. He wanted to give the company and the shareholders the best CEO possible and knew he could only take the company so far on his own.
