RE:Upcoming AGM

FDM is incented to push out some news shortly. The operation needs some cash. Not that there is a lot of $$ involved, but mgmt would likely wish to get at the 4,100,000 warrants @.15 on Sept 21. All arrows point to the Arctic Invitational for a splash or two.
