He still holds significant chunk of shares. (634K plus 1.5m options). With 8.7m shares outstanding it is under 10%. tHE WHOLE STORY OF REVERSE SPLIT STINKS.. Just wondering if he is in bed with market makers/hedge fund and did reverse split to bring price further down. When investors were compaining about him getting options at price that was way below the market, guess what... today's price is at or below of what his options are.
Just wondering if there is a process to remove this guy from management team and appoint someone who knows how to run business.
