Guess non binding LOI has lapsed

There was supposedly a sale of the drink subsidiary planned under a non binding LOI that was supposed to be firmed up by the eo April ....so now early May and no news. Expect it has lapsed. Company ...more

Never tried it any product. If they sell the drink division, they can use the proceeds to fund "gummy" expansion. Far easier and cheaper to distribute. Don't think they're half wits ...more

If you can explain how they agreed to few month consulting fees that are hire entire year revenue, I might agree with you giving them a chance. Note, revenue not margin.

I'm really not quite sure how this company is still on the stock exchange. There is zero movement on the Canadian exchange. Its been .005 for months now. However they are not bankrupt. What gives?
