BAD 10Q Out

BAD 10Q Out

I didn't realize the 10Q came out last week.  Earlier than I expected.  And worse than I expected too.  Zero in revenue.  No subsequent events.  That certainly explains the silence.

Nothing but our invesetments and Black Insure written off to zero.  Just our cash up in smoke, which we knew from last quarter.  That should be a crime.  We gave them money not once, but TWICE.  Martin Graham is still there, but not contributing to anything.  I see almost $200k in salaries and nothing to show for it.  At all!

I'm so sorry it worked out this way, guys.  I really expected more from them.  I feel like everything was a failure.  Even the plans for Nivaura.  So all we have left is our investment with them.  That's my impression.  And maybe Ideo Labs was/is an attempt to come up with something completely new.  Back to the drawing board from scratch.  That's the feelign I get.

I suspect, though can't be certain, that all those warrants will expire worthless this year.  I just don't see it happening.  Maybe they can extend or something. I don't know.  I just don't know that it's big a huge dissappointment.  And for that I'm really sorry.

They haven't thrown in the towel.  Unless they are just milking it for what they can get.  But I hope not.   The bid here has dropped to .008 and rightfully so.  I think I'm going to to drop my offer to .003.  Our investments are allegedly worth a little over $1M, so I'll give them .003.  I think that would be poetic justice if somebody wants to do that.

I'm angry, yet glad I had the opportunity to profit.  But also, really disgusted with Bundeep.  He should be ashamed of himself.  So should Martin Graham. And so should what's his name from Black Insure.  All of them failed us.  And failed themselves.

But I will keep the shares I have left.  And we'll see about that .003.   Just being honest.  Maybe they'll suprise me.  That's just how I feel.
