The worst 10Q I've ever seen in my life

The worst 10Q I've ever seen in my life

I have over 5 million shares now but don't ask me why.  Financial statements released yesterday, and it's an eyesore to say the least.  Never seen anything worse than that in my life.  That's why we are a fraction of a penny and rightly so.  I thnk this explains why Cheryl abandoned us.

I can't find a silver lining.  They spent over $2 million for the year to raise $2 million.  I believe our software that they didn't announce last year when we had an audience was less than $100k.  So everything else went to salaries to a few people it would seem.  To raise money, which they burned every single dollar on their salaries to raise it.  Not sure what they are doing to earn those salaries.  Basically, whoever is funding them, like Wave Financial, is just lining their pockets as I see it.  Plus, they fund themselves to some extent.  Cheryl must have said, what are you going guys doing?  Are you planning to make up your losses in volume?

Not a single penny in revenue. Seriously!  Not a single penny in revenue, but manage to spend over $2M dollars on their salaries.  Ironically, I keep having faith in their backgrounds but they are acting like scam artists in my eyes more than anything.  Mayhbe they got lazy and/or just lost it.  Martin Graham, just not seeing it.  He should be working fast food and paid minimum wage for these results.  For real.  At least he would be feeding people and being a contribution to society.

Just disgusting.  And not a word from Michael Coletta.  I stay because there seems to be nowhere to go but up.  But, even that is looking bleak.  They are still raising money. But at the pace they are burning it, they will be empty handed at the end of their fund raising.  Like now.  They raised all this money and it's gone before they even received it.  It's almost too stupid looking to be real, so you immediately think criminal?  At least that's where my thoughts to.  Hope they prove me wrong.

And where is Michale Coletta?  They sure do line their pockets well to feel like they have nothing to say to anyone or explain themselves.  Not working for shareholders, that's for sure.  But they are shareholders themselves.  So, I stay.  I just don't get the salaraies they get.  And at least they dip in their own pocket some. But is that the sales pitch?  I'll put up $1 if you put up $2?  So they come out a net gain of $1?  Is that the scam?  I don't know.  I hope not...
