I wonder if this is an unwritten Smoke Signal happening?

An understood gesture?  I don't know how to explain this video on InvestorsIntel. No mention of Fineqia.  Is he it way of scratching his throat, sayimg "ahem."   Trying to give intelligent investors a heads up before the show begins? 


I can only hope.  I hope that wasn't the trailer to the Fineqia show.
