Glass Venture Coming

Glass Venture Coming

To begin with, allegedly a presentation is coming on the 17th at some forum somewhere:

Fineqia at InvestorIntel

"Fineqia: At the crossroads of the digital revolution, Fineqia is capitalizing on tokenization, blockchain tech, NFTs, AI, and fintech. From managing debt securities in the UK to investing in next-gen Internet technologies, they’re forging digital frontiers."

But what I find more interesting is this:  Cindy Amar's Linkln page, which is one of the people Bundeep met this year in his photos:

Cindy Amar

She lists herself as co-founder of our Glass Ventures fund.  Intersestingly, she says this on the page:

"Managing Partner and co-founder of Glass Ventures (GV), our Web 3.0 & AI venture capital firm.

Whilst in formation, it is making strategic investments in early-stage digital asset companies, via the parent Fineqia. Our firm already boasts a portfolio of successful vintage investments, and we’re keen to continue supporting promising ventures in this space.

No fomo but yes fomo, DM for more details."

A web 3.0 and AI venture firm?  If they can talk pu Artificial Intelligence, the new thing, maybe we could create some excitement.  If we can just find a competent PR firm that has a following of quality people that know how to take risk.  No the gold 49ers at InvestorIntel.

You can branch off to the new Glass Ventures page from her own site. It lists a "Mariagoretti Herbst" as the CEO.  No details on her.  No idea who she is.  I'm also not understanding how we win as invstors if we look back at Bundeep's description here:

Fineqia PR on Glass Ventures

"Fineqia will transfer a selection of its investments to a new company called Fineqia Glass Slipper Ventures (FGSV), which will form part of FGSV's portfolio. In lieu, Fineqia will receive a proportionate equity interest in the Fund."

How are we going to benefit with only a "proportiante equity interest" if we give our investments to it?  We should have 100% interest of anything we give.  I don't follow.  Not a portion of what we give . I get mad every time I read this.

I do wish I could find the post of Cindy's that I read, where she is claiming to be super excited about this project.  And she would never be doing this had she never meet Bundeep.  I think she said she quit everything to do it and is super excited.  I really need to find that post again.  I know I read it somewhere...  Which lead me here.
