Anybody know what this filing means?

I don't know if it is has relevance or what it means. Two sources, same filing I think:

"Base Prospectus" filed with FSMA on 3-23-23

"Base Prospectus - Debt Securities" filed with Cyprus SEC on 3-23-23

Pure speculation on my behalf: a) lets hope it is not just some historical clean-up of past doings (like Wallberg BlackStar) b) lets also hope it is not some payout (in shares) to ownership. Rather, lets hope this is an indicator of pending soon announcement of persons/contracts baring profits!

I'm hoping for the latter too. I'm hoping it's somehow connected to our debt platform. Something registered for a launch to be announced? It doesnt' seem to be very much money either way. So, can't be signficantly bad or good, I'd think. But if it leans to the good, it can be extrapolatd out to big numbers I hope. I wish they'd put ...more
