Excellent Video

Yes, very good, Cashflow.  I just got to listen to it in full at full attention and took a few notes.

First, to get the ugly out of the way.  I have a few questions.  For the long side of investments going into the glass slipper, why did Nivaura get marked down to zero?  I just can't understand.  It's not worth zero.  And this is before that company was sold, and they weren't sold for zero.  Does not compute to me.

Two, we are out of money.  Trying to raise $1M at a rock bottom offering, and how can that be accretive to anything at one cent?  That's the god-ugly atrocious part and it's going to scare people away I think.

Three, where is the money coming from to "put into assets and issue investor loan notes against it"?  If they are out of money, and will only have $1M, with this burn rate, there is no money to invest.  Unless he's talking about investors puttign up the money first for investment rather than buying pre-funded ETN's?  I"m not following...

Four:  I love the focus on institutional investors.  Based on integrity and FT Russell endorsements, etc.  That's great.  But what institutions can invest in a sub penny stock?  Perhaps some people like Wave Financial out there, but they aren't invested by buying our stock on the open market.  They invest by diluting us.   I like the theory and hope he's right.  I guess we'll see.

Five:  Pretty soon, we should be seeeing the ramificaitons of products in place.  I hope that's true. I've heard them use the word "soon" before, and it never means "soon" in the UK.  Like this Nivaura code, for example.  What is that?

I'm just ready.  That was a good video, but this eyesore of a capital structure raises all the questions above.  It can't be just me.  The capital structure here is an eyesore.  Really need projections.  I don't know how to overcome that.  Although, price action begets price action, so we will see.  I just hope Martin Graham and others care as much about their shares as I do about my 8M shares.  And then you have Nirosh that's supposed to be working on clients.  I hope that's a true story and part of that "big fly wheel" analogy that's allegedly coming "soon."

This video on YouTube has gotten over 30 hits already.  So, that's slightly better.  Not exactly a fan of InvestorIntel.  Some of these TikTok people get more hits for just doing something dumb like blowing chocolate milk out of their nose through a straw.  That's the kind of stuff that makes me mad.  So, we shall see.  I'm just so ready......So exhausted from waiting...

Well comes down to this: a) management starts to buy (open market) as individuals or as normal course of issue. and/or b) reverse split. To me, we will now very soon.

I don't want to read too much into this yet, CashFlow, but the hits of that video went up to 43 overnight.  Small number, but that's the most hits in a 24-hour period we received.  And it's catching up to the prior video hits that have had weeks to sit there.   I don't even that means heads are starting to turn or not.  I hope so...
