This article yesteday is a bit concerning:

I'm not sure where we fit in here.  This was released  yesterday:

Debt Issuance with NowCM

NowCM is the company that bought NIvaura last month.  4 months after we marked it down to zero. Which I just can't understand.  This says:

Wiener Brse and Luxembourg-based NowCM have announced a partnership that focuses on listing debt securities, said a press release published on 23 May.

“We are very happy to join forces with NowCM to offer a seamless and cost-efficient listing option as part of their all-in-one debt issuance solution,”

--------------------------------
But isn't that what we were supposed to be doing?  What did we get from Nivaura and what did we get from the sale of Nivaura?  We were invested in Nivaura.  Are we going to participate or collaborate with NowCM?  I'm getting a little angry right now.  I feel like we've been robbed.

Actually, it was announced Jan 25th that NowCM bought Nivaura here.  So it was just one month prior when our quarter ended where Nivaura was marked down to zero with no explanation.  My blood is boilign right now.

NowCM acquires Nivaura

Yet, Nivaura's founder  that approved of this sale, Avtar Sehra, was recently granted 5M or more options on our most recent filing and listed as a "consultant."  Why?  Did he betray us here?

Possibly not betrayal... but "agency". e.g., FNQ remains behind the scene/ the front end service provision retailer.
