This is potentially big news and so far the public and government haven't grasped the significance. First Tellurium is onto some exciting technology that the "Green Revolution" should be taking note of.

low market cap.,  interesting stories,  CEO holds appox. 10 percent of O/S shares with some recent purchase,    technicals looking strong,    and the price of tellurium seems to be on the rise again.          this stock could have some legs.
