What’s going on

Ok what is going on with this stock , they hired a company to help promote them . Lol they may want to fire that company cause it's just getting worse . 3.5 cents now , wow . They promote themselves as a consolidator but only one taken over . Is this heading to a penny , maybe . I see some good things with this company but the stock is so bad

Its based in California and its operations are limited to California. Yet it is listed on a Canadian exchange - end of story.
