Transcend looks to have an agenda to gradually clear it's books of Gaia which is to be expected. They have done this privately in the past but the share price surge has likely encouraged them to do it on the open market at least for part of the 6,273,000 that they announced would be putting up for sale as of Feb 22,2021.
