Best tax loss idea of 2022 imo
This one is mispriced. No buyers out there. Fact is they have a 22 mil US market cap. 50 mil debt due in Apr 2024. 18 mil cash. 100mill annul rev. What do they have? .. one of 2 Mn vertically integrated licenses.. that GTI paid over 150 mil for. One of three available vertically integrated NY licenses.. that yes Riv paid a lot for, Puff probably also. NM gone Rec, Maryland is happening. It's incredible.. all their markets going Rec.. yet here we are. Bargain basement sell at any price for the tax loss. Plus after the Verano pull out.. what.. we had 3 or 4 other bidders? TRUL coming any minute. These are nutty prices. Yes I'm long. Big 5 MSOS need growth.. GDNS has assets that are all growing. Sell NM, sell MD, heck sell NY to TRUL.. they pull the trigger on anything it's a double or triple. And then there's the wildcard of what they getting from VRNO. That could be surprising. You can't just back out of a deal. So many upside scenarios. Two more days of tax loss selling. Position accordingly.
