$GEMS.c enters LOI to acquire Galaxy Pegmatite Project. Infinity Stone Ventures (CSE: GEMS) is looking to expand its portfolio of assets in Quebec by entering into an LOI to acquire the Galaxy Pegmatite Project.
The Galaxy Project is host to at least 30 pegmatite exposures, which represent 30 pegmatite dikes. Blasting and pitting have shown these pegmatites to have widths of 15 to 18 metres in outcrop. A historical report on the project also suggested that the observed presence of lepidolite - an important lithium-bearing mica ore mineral - in outcrop could indicate significant quantities at depth.
$GEMS.c shares are currently approaching historic support, trading at $.185. The company is presently valued at $4.48 million.
