Infinity Stone Ventures (CSE: GEMS) has made a few exciting announcements in the past week. The company reported updates on soil sampling at the Zen-Whoberi Project, appointed Case Lewis to the board, and closed the first tranche of a private placement.
Soil sampling revealed two new anomalous copper zones and two new anomalous nickel-cobalt zones at Zen-Whoberi. Soil geochemistry assays from the program are included in the company’s August 12 press release if you are looking for more detailed information.
Lewis joins the board with over 14 years of diverse project and business experience. He has managed projects, ranging from grassroots to advanced-stage exploration throughout Canada and internationally. He has also served as director, Qualified Person, and technical advisor on numerous junior resource exploration companies and holds a degree in Geology from the University of Alberta.
GEMS also announced today that it has successfully raised gross proceeds of $400,000 to put towards Canadian exploration expenses.
GEMS.c is currently on a rebound from support, crossing above the 50MA, marking a 23% gain in the past month. The company is presently trading at $.21, valued at $14.13 million.
