RE: Warrents

RE: WarrentsIf someone holds warrants for for a strike price of x and the stock price rises above x, people will exercise their warrants. The company then issues the new shares and the proceeds goto the company. As for the price of the stock I sure am not worried in the short term. A year from now I can't see how this stock will be below a dollar. Of course gold could tank or there could be a unforseen problem within the company (IE earthquake destroys a mine to pick a real bad one). But if they make 20 mil and get a P/E of only 10 that should get us to the dollar. As mentioned by other people, there is a lot of stock out there in the 40 cent range so profit taking will keep the price from rising too quickly, unless there is a new find or deal that the investment industry takes a shine to I know I keep nibbling away at getting more. Actually I may be buying too much. Pray there is no earthquake LOL. Actually I am in Costa Rica right now so I REALLY pray there is no earthquake LOL
