We don't  know or exactly where these houses will be built. Which county or city involved? What we know is in northern Colorado. Northern Colorado is big.

The sustainable economic zone became IHT

So they use WSRC and GHG to fund IHT which is not publicly traded. Will the funds go back into WSRC and GHG or is something bigger a foot? Let's hope they aren't out to screw the retail ...more
