Good product run by a bunch of s.c.u.m bags, sell there share at .22 - .18 and then announce a PP at .12 with .15 warrants without a lockup period on them, then floats the market with 6+ million shares, just wait until the lockup period ends for the 12.5 million they purchased for .12 those will all be dumped on the market as Well as the expectation end in June right before legalization if the 3rd reading passes on June 12th. The director has (had) 9 million shares, but I think he just sold 6 million.... why would you possibly do that? What does he know, just before legalization that would cause him to sell 2/3's of his holdings at less than half of the 52-week high? Taking a page from our American cousins, the majority owner MCOA which has over a Billion with a B share float that trades over a million shares a day .... cheap paper. If your not selling you will be the one left holding the bag ...
