RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Material News Violation

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Material News Violation Honestly I am just really disappointed in Curt. I don't think it's right to tell the market land will close on or before April 1st or forfeit a $200k deposit and then don't let the market know what's happening with the land. It's unprofessional and does not give me confidence. Even putting out a quick message on Twitter, the website, or YouTube saying something in reference to it would be appreciated. I even sent a very nicely worded email about it and no response. I have no other choice then to think the deposit was forfeited and company funds were were lost. At this point selling doesn't make sense until I hear an update. I am allowed to be frustrated with the communication. I am allowed to contact regulatory bodies on something I believe he is not updating on material news. Please don't make this a personal issue when it's just trying to get an obligated response from the company
