Finding out GHG has not made payments on any of the 3 properties is a mind boggling revelation. How can GHG move forward with plans when the don't own any land? No wonder permits have not been approved. I feel very deceived.
WSRC advises that they have in discussions with the sellers of all three properties to renegotiate and extend both the payments and closing dates on the properties.
