These are just two of Huber's on the record statements for 2021.
  • debentures closed by end of september.... yes, that's right, September ...
    • Reality: still open now... and Huber is too slimy to do the right thing and own up to his failure. He just lets it slide quietly by .. snake.
  • 2 model homes complete in 2021........ He can't even get a real estate deal with Hayden closed, much less break ground on anything. 
Hempcrete market is coming.
GHG seems uninterested in taking a part, under the inspired leadership of Huber.

Hempcrete has been used in France since the early 1990s, and more recently in Canada, to construct non-weight bearing insulating infill walls, as hempcrete does not have the requisite strength for constructing foundation and is instead supported by the frame.   New to this product, but as a carpenter, It doesn't sound like it makes sense to use.
