Stock stuck at $0.70 until PP closes
Will the stock run on anticipation of the drill results?
or will it flounder back to $0.50 due to delays at the lab, etc.

Some buyers of the flow-through units, those already holding shares have sold there shares. The flow-through units (1,745,000) cost after income tax = 0$ and have a 4 months holding period. It is a win/win transaction. units. That means 2M shares have to be trade to remove those sellers.
