Things to consider

Things to considerHow many shares will Goldrea issue to TABU to take them over? 50% more 60% les 40% ? . It depends on each company's tangible assets to determine value.Letters of intent are intangible. The accountants are probably crunching the numbers as I write. Until this  merger/takeover/reverse takeover/whatever takes place the Spliffin deal waits in the wings. Another point to consider. As long as mining makes up the majority of Goldrea's business they can remain in that sector avoiding a halt.  My thoughts are it will remain that way for a while and then the fireworks will start, followed by a halt and a name  change to TABU and a move to the MJ sector. That will not happen next week and probably not next month as the legal work takes time and it has to be done properly. That is my take and not based on any facts or heresay.
