RE: TurrBadger18, It makes no difference to me how long you have been investing or what your moves have been. That info does not change the definition of Book Value (BV). Both my sister (CMA) & my girlfriend (CA) are Accountants thus I am well educated in the meanings of financial definitions. On top of that I just double checked the definition of BV according to a Warren Buffett book I keep. It is the same as Shareholders Equity. The reported SE from last week is $41,096M USD divided by basic shares of 12,257M times the current exchange rate of about 1.56=$5.23 CDN. I repeat the BV as of Dec 31 2002 for CRY is $5.23 CDN. For anyone who has any faith in the numbers read on Yahoo or anywhere else for that matter, I will warn you that they are usually riddled with errors. I always do my own calculations from the published company results. Cheers!!!
