Earnings does not merit a trading halt, SO, it's probably about the spin-off company, or some other good news, hence the volume and the 14% gain pre-halt. GLTA!!!

Quarterlies are out, with will over 100% revenues QoQ.

Earning are out on Sedar, revenues of $239,341, with gross profit of $105,182. Not bad for start-up, hopefully Monday morning a news release will follow.
