Non brokered placement

Non brokered placement

I wonder who was able to buy 3 000 000 shares at 0.20 cents per share in a strategic non-brokered private placement.  I wonder if this will cause people to sell due to such a low price for the private placement shares.  It doesn't seem right that shares were sold for 0.20 cents a share and the rest of us have to pay through the nose, something is not right here.  There is a connection with AGRA and this stock.

The management of these two companies are the same names that have been flaring up on the AGRA board.  I suggest everyone do their DD on this one before laying any more money down.
