RE:Is it possible for another company to buy them out?If they can't get their licenses in Canada, they will have to sell the Canadian assets to another Canadian LP. They have a lot of good assets in Canada. They own a giant greenhouse (Agrima Meadows), Agrima Botanicals in Maple Ridge and their lab in Pitt Meadows. The water-soluble technology and other R/D with Simon Fraser has a lot of value too.
They could also lease out their facilities to an LP since the facilites are owned by shell corporations separate to Agrima.
The US side should be unaffected. Their presence is growing in the US for sure. I'm not really sure what they have in Denmark but it will not be affected by HC.
This is a massive hit for sure. They will recover but we'll see how quickly and what path it will take.
