To save the companyThey need to start another comapny or pull a shell of the shelf, get rid of everyone that is remotely crimminal or incompetent and sell the whole works to the new company.
Re -apply for a license under the new company. Do all of this with the FEDS in step so it is 100% above board and can be fast-tracked.
They still need the product and there are a lot of jobs involved.
It can be done. These people don't seem to have access to anyone who understands the law or business.
I'm down 65% as well when I got out . It was very promising except for some very stupid people.
