it doesn't matter to health canada (HC) what the agreement these 3 guys had or didn't have in the investment package. 

All HC knows is that if they are STILL have a vested interest in the company.. and HC says they are NOT going to reinstate Agrima's license because these individuals are still major shareholders in the parent company Ascent...  Agrima is not going to get their license reinstated. 

HC is very clear!    They don't care if you're public or private!    If someone is offside, or found to be in violation of HC rules!  You're done!  Toast!  Gone!!    

If you're not gone... no ticky to the dance any more.
