The big questionWho benefits from these company destroying moves? I think it is clear to all who thinks they are going to be. Why else would someone join this board at this time? Why would Blair stick around when he clearly has no support from the shareholders, who he by the way, works for. This seems like a very poor career move in any case. So again, who will benefit from the failure of this company?
If Blair has no plan to move forward he needs to get the hell out of the way of someone else who would like to try to regain value for the shareholder with whatever options they have. If Blair doesn’t get out of the way it is clear he is playing out his ploy. If he stays and doesn’t do something of value for the shareholder he is simply incompetent.
That is the strangest move ever?! They report that they reported themselves and were being investigated and then that the police deny they are investigating them??!?!?!? Wtf?
