Is management too inept to publish a cut and paste press release on time?
2) There hasnt been a CCAA update from management since July 30 (56 days). Does management intend to provide one or will they remain suspiciously silent?
3) Any news about the Stay Extension Order which is / was to expire on September 27?
4) Does Ernst & Young plan on submitting a sixth Monitor Report - it has been 63 days of silence from them? are EA not being paid for this?
First Monitor Report: March 15
Second Monitor Report: April 23 (40 days after previous)
Third Monitor Report: May 29 (37 days after previous)
Fourth Monitor Report: July 9 (42 days after previous)
Fifth Monitor Report (noted as unfiled): July 23 (15 days after previous)
5) Will the CEO provide any updates??? last "Letter to Shareholders" was posted on August 5 (50 days ago) ... did he not promise corporate governance, accountability, and transparency?
Its been 3 months since the SGM ... what are management's salaries again?
6) When will the company file its taxes? ... does it really take 10 months to prepare a tax filing? ... almost 5 months past the submission deadline ...
7) Why hasnt anyone discussed class-action certification ... against OG c-suite and current ... shame.
