They're going to change the name and re-brand everything, with a new ticker. They'll continue business in Oregon and Nevada with the capital they got from selling the Canadian assets, with all new C staff running the show. It will basically just be a new company. So there is hope if this new company can be successful.

So that would seem to explain why it went down 100% today. But will the current holders of, (now -0- shares), get something for the new ticker or did they just issue themselves a whole bunch of new shares so they can screw people all over again?

Hey, it's getting better! TDAmeritrade is showing it went up 5,999,900.00% today! If it could only do that every day for the next week...
