R/S to 5million shares then managment dumped 100m shares on the market through shady back door deals.
Virax was incorporated and 2 weeks later sold to HLTH for 20,000,000 shares at an arbitrary .70 which were then dumped ATM all while posting a 2m loss in that 2 week time period.
Again with the Healthview Aquiisition 20,000,000 at an arbitrary .09 then dumped once again ATM
No hold periods what so ever in these back door deals.
go to privacy on the Healthview app in the store its just a fron rented from a legit company that own's the tech (OnCall)
All somke and dilution here.
look into Spor (new wave holdings) shady as %uc# ceo ran a hedge fund for 15 years.
This will end only in loss and further R/S dilution.
