RIN's Holdings of NKLI have had several people ask me about RIN's holdings of NKL due to the dramatic rise in the NKL share price. Here is my standard answer:
On March 31, 2011 Resinco owned 12,268,500 shares of NKL. Subsequently, there was a 10:1 consolidation of the shares of NKL which would put RIN's holdings at 1,268,500. There has been no public disclosure of any change in Resinco's position subsequent to March 31, 2011.
Very exciting times with NKL. Excellent to see such a positive last few days for the long term shareholders.
