Ok Boy's and girls it is wild prediction time!!!

Ok Boy's and girls it is wild prediction time!!!This  is  what  I think is  going to  happen. The  deal will expire, the  Russians don' really  have the  money  for it anyway. The bear has  to many  irons in the  fire  and  not enough cash or  resources to take  care of them all. Besides  no one in their  right mind  should deal with a Russian. This whole buy out offer reminds me  of  selling a car on craig's list, lots of tire kicking  and low ball offers. Even if  you accept the  offer the  buyer  doesn't have any money  and  is  wasting your  time  anyway.
Within  a  few  days of the offer expiring the mongols will Issue the mining licence, not directly  but  basically in exchange for the 51% without debate. We all start  talking  about   digging some  holes.
Next will begin the  (how  we going to pay  for the  mine) and the (Mongols are  not paying for their share that  they  suppose to) debates.  Some of  this  will eventually  be  solved by  that Japanise letter of  intent with  (I am not goiing to go  look it up right now). They  will shower us  with  cash in exchange for Uranium  at a set price. They  are too smart to be buying into a situation  where they  have to deal with a flegling  democracy, they  will let  us  do  all that  heavy lifting, and  dig all the  holes for  discounted  uranium. Then  the  (Mongols  aren't paying their share) debate will really heat up.
In the  end  it  is  ugly  and  dirty but it  will work out and  fortunes will be  won and  lost.
Go figure it is  mining and mining  is  the  ugliest  work on the planet.
