Great news. And the fellow questioning special dividends is clearly a newbie. This stock is not widely traded, and most of the shares have been held for a long time and purchased at higher prices. A special dividend might go part of the way to restore the capital investment of those who provided the capital to acquire and develop the mine. People who buy and sell recently are speculating on what will happen, how much, how soon, and what the company will do. I have no inside info...but a special dividend would have to be one of the options.
