The recent filings only covered the period 2021 and 2022 and the company is still delinquent for finling the quarterly statments for Feb and May 2023. If they can produce these filings befor November theree may be hope of reinstatement before the end of the year.
With coin prices higher this year than November last year there will likley be a bigger improvement to the balance sheet.
