Auxly paid for the building and retrofit 225,000 sq/ft. FSD has the rest of the building for further expansion phazes. Think of it like FSD got set up with a 100,000+ sq/ft grow opp with no debt. FSD also owns 25% of Cannara near Montreal 600,000 sq/ft, they have rights to more sq/ft if needed. FSD owns 50% of FSD Atlantic in Newfoundland 225,000 sq/ft.
