FSD and Auxly DealLooking at the deal from both sides, to me it seems perfect for both. - Auxly = 112,500 sq/ft for 99 years. - FSD = free Kraft building - FSD free 112,500 retrofited buildout + opprotunity for expansion + opprotunity to partner with other companies, Canntab, Therapix etc. Without the Kraft building these partnerships may not have happened. The costs are paid first, so it really won't cost FSD anything. Think of it like Auxly is renting 112,500 sq/ft. Maybe i'm wrong, i don't know.
