If they complete phase 2 by Q1 of 2023 as they say, and then can apply for phase 3, the typical time span to complete phase 3, and submit an IND to the FDA, and then hopefully to get approved for marketing is about 6-7 years(posted the link before)
Now, knowing that they may well try to sell this to big Pharma after phase 2, the question would be how much will they be able to get, recognizing that they would sell sometime in 2023, but big Pharma would then not have this drug approved until approximately 2029 or 2030.
The patent they have runs out around 2030
