Mr Rosenburg as a shareholder do you not have something to gain should the sp appreciate through whatever means? I have nothing to lose or gain, simply provide info for others to take into consideration. You being offered shares or options from AD, which you yourself have openly admitted to establishes cause and makes you suspect at the very least in regards to your promotional activities imo.
