So Desperate RosenbergSeems like you're just posting everything you can to see if something sticks....including false statements....for one....Kotra has not brought any value to the company....look at the SP from th time he was brought on board until now....and please do not factor in any stock buyback used to artificially inflate the SP.
Whether Harrington is guilty or not is irrelevant....he is being sued for fraud....O'Leary was cleared and he was not at this point which looks really bad....why would Durkacz bring on a person under an active fraud investigation when they themselves were found guity of fraud....maybe they should have waitined until the lawsuit was cleared up befpre they brought him on board....so what if he's found guilty Rosenberg....what's your spin going to be on that one....innocence or guilt doesn't man a thing in business....it's public perception and optics....I don't think I can explain that any simpler.
As for Raza suing FSD and losing....so what....Durkacz just paid a lot of investor money to lawyers....that is all he did....the arbitrator found Raza had no valid claim....but you make it sound like it was the battle for good and evil where Durkacz was the defender for right and truth....give us a break Rosenberg....I could sue FSD for $30M...doesn't mean I'd win.
