RE:My thoughts for today Imagine being a company interested in Coca-Colas formula for their drink before it comes to market. You offer to acquire them in order to obtain the formula to the potential product for yourself and want to know more about it before purchasing so you sign a NDA. Ultimately Coca Cola declines the offer but you have jumped the gun and are endlessly promoting the product as your own even going as far as to take what you have learned about the products formula perhaps even reverse engineering it to make your own copy cat formula for the product.
