MPXI

I’m looking for info on how many shares of the newly created MPXI corporation I’ll receive once the merger closes.

I have 410K MPX shares and 100K IAN shares.

Thanks.

My understanding is : 410,000 mpx  X .10  = 41,000 shares MPXI  410,000 mpx. X .1673  = 68,593 shares ION   no one knows the value of MPXI shares yet.

This 2 month old MPX CEO interview discusses the transaction somewhat.  Although he mis speaks twice at least.  He said recieve a share of MPXI (should be .1) also said .165 and should have been .1673.  Otherwise he suggests a 1.2 to  $1.3B company when merged.
