pretty simple actually.
say you have 1.5 million shares at say .10 market value( trading that day )
now it does a 10for one reverse split.....it is true that you now have only 150,000 at 1.00 book value .

but here is what really happens.......those 150, 000 are NOT TRADING AT ONE DOLLAR

they are now trading at .10 .or even .20 cents. GET IT .
