1. your comment of anyone buying in 2020 is a winner is simply a idiotic:
IDK raised $590,000 on Jan 28 2020 20 million shares at .03
Idk raised another $ 300,000 on Feb 25 and gave out 10,000,000shares
so they raised from outside investors( probably not insiders)
$890000 and gave out 30,000,000 shares from treasury.
this is where you are so wrong and ill informed Flacker ,
ON APRIL 27 2020 IDK reverse split and the 30,000,000 shares became 7.5 million.
So in fact $890,000 was paid for 7.5 million shares or 11.86 cents per share
It was not until July 2020 that those recent PP shareholder who now had only 7.5 million shares ( 22.5 million went back to treasury for future PP's ) got their market value up to .10-.125
Conclusion: People who bought in early 2020 did not get their breakeven until well into the year . They are now looking pretty and certainly doing well. GOOD FOR THEM BUT THEY EARNED THEIR PROFITS BY HOLDING THROUGH THE WHOLE MESS
Conclusion2 . the real point I was making was that the previous reverse split in May 14 2019 was a 3:1 reverse split making any holding from pre May 2019 (only 18 months ago ) TO CURRENT DATE diluted by 90% once the second reverse split happened.
IT WAS NOT UNTIL SEPT /OCT 2020 that IDK became a fan favorite but it certainly was NOT the case at the beginning of this year nor the previous year.
Lastly those who got involved with the PP's from May14,2019 to
pre jan 2020which was
may 31 $824000 at .065 12686,000
july 3 $ 662482 .065 10,192,000
sept 515000 at .05 10.3 million
all these P participants bought at .05-.065 and it took them
almost a year just to recover their own capital.( $.20-$ 0.225) due to the April 27 2020 split
I am thrilled that folks are in the money on IDK and there seem to be many promising irons in the fire ......good.
My point is that folks that trusted PP's in the past with this company and others from a not too distant past have already paid many times over for their loyalty( if they were able to hang in there this long).
If you caught the newest wave ...great. If you are a long term holder of this stock ....especially if you even include the BWN days .....we are not even close to breaking even .
I would appreciate Flacker that you stop sounding like you are an expert . IDK seems to have found new traction....enjoy the ride and still let others know the " whole storyline " of this success.
Lastly , Ceo and DIscord dont like to hear the older "truths". They work on current info only , never lookin' back too far . That is ok too but remember the history lesson and JUST keep it all in mind.
I sure hope these new MTRX , PKK etc , work out for all, as they seem to, but if it falters these Forums will change too.
4 caveats to keep in mind
1. there are a lot of warrants out there .
If these come to market, there will be a lot of shares outstanding....this will effect future NAV results. That is all.
2. Nav is only as good as the securites it includes. My suggestion is that IDK holds many Private holdings. THey are part of the NAV results but they cannot be verified nor do they need to be !! These private holding could be 25-50% of the entire IDK portfolio.....just be aware of thIs NAV fact .That is all.
3. bonuses, if any . It will be interesting to see if they happen . If these come out , great for those getting the money, BUT just dont be surprised. That is all.
4. Agoracom got paid 139,783 shares June 10 2020 for doing the IDK promo on their site at an average cost of .26 . Dont be surprised that they are excited for the company too. Good deal for them and they are doing a SUPER job on that site . They deserve it. Just sayin'.
SI has a FANTASTIC job getting all these investments working out , to this point in time , and maybe these times will be great for all . I hope so.
