RE:Insider selling AGAINThey are exercising warrants, they need cash to cover their investments in Wuhan and PNR is doing another PP. they are taking 2-3 companies public in Q1 and need funds.
take note that they're exercising the .40's and not the .20's so they inject as much capital into the company as possible. If the insiders were doing it for self gains they would be exercising the .20's.
