Insider Buying

I was surprised to see some insider buying in the recent days. Normally we see the opposite on this one. Now, I'm very interested.

to me the insider buying needs to be clarified, namely 1. there are many options /warrants that are available to insiders and are they simply being converted 2. it would be nice to see the insiders buying , especially at higher and higher prices but I dont see 3. I would think that some disclosure of insider trading is warranted if the numbers are high enough 4.it has been a super ...more
